TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the distance sale of products offered on exhal-fragrance.com (the "Site"), operated by UvaLab di Uva Mirko, Via Chiavica 23, 36045 Lonigo (VI), Italy — VAT number 04583050242 (the "Seller"), and apply to all purchases made by consumers under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and Legislative Decree 70/2003.
Art. 1 — Scope
These terms apply exclusively to sales concluded between the Seller and consumers (individuals purchasing for purposes unrelated to their trade, business, or profession) through the Site.
Art. 2 — Product availability
Products are offered subject to stock availability. Should a product become unavailable after an order is placed, the Seller will promptly inform the customer and refund any amount already paid.
Art. 3 — Conclusion of the contract
The purchase process allows the customer to review the order summary and correct any errors before submitting it. The contract is concluded when the Seller sends an order confirmation email to the address provided by the customer. This email constitutes proof of purchase.
Art. 4 — Prices and payment methods
The applicable prices and currency are those shown for the selected market and summarised at checkout; taxes are included where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately before order confirmation. Available payment methods may include credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, as shown at checkout. Payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant gateways; the Seller does not store payment card data.
Art. 5 — Shipping and delivery
For delivery zones, timeframes and costs, please refer to the Shipping Policy published on the Site. The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer once they (or a third party designated by them) take physical possession of the goods.
Art. 6 — Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Withdrawal and Returns Policy published on the Site.
Art. 7 — Legal guarantee of conformity
Products sold are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity provided for under Articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code, for defects existing at the time of delivery.
Art. 8 — Liability
The Seller is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by force majeure or events that cannot reasonably be controlled, without prejudice to the consumer's mandatory rights and the Seller's responsibility until the products are delivered.
Art. 9 — Processing of personal data
The processing of personal data provided during purchase is governed by the Privacy Policy published on the Site.

Art. 11 — Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes involving consumers, the exclusive competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy.
Art. 12 — Amendments
The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; amendments do not apply to orders already confirmed.
