RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under Article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a written notice to info@exhal-fragrance.com within the above period, optionally using the standard withdrawal form at the bottom of this page.
The product must be returned intact, unused and — where applicable — with its protective seal intact, within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, to the following address:

Under Article 57 of the Italian Consumer Code, the consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning; in such cases, the Seller reserves the right to apply a proportional deduction from the refund.
EXCLUSIONS
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons (Article 59(e) of the Italian Consumer Code) — for example, spray products or diffusers whose original seal has been removed.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise communicated by us.
REFUND
The refund includes all payments received, including any standard delivery costs. Supplementary costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option offered are excluded. The refund will be issued within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used for the purchase; it may be withheld until the goods are received or evidence of their return is provided.
