THE PRODUCTS
Are Exhal fragrances natural?
We do not describe Exhal fragrances as entirely natural. We select naturally derived alcohol, plant-based waxes and quality raw materials, assessing each formula for balance, safety and olfactory performance. Please refer to the individual product label for composition and directions for use.
Where are Exhal fragrances made?
Every Exhal fragrance is made in Italy by a laboratory specialising in home fragrance. The process brings together compositional precision, technical expertise and close attention to detail.
What size room is each diffuser suitable for?
— 250 ml diffuser: rooms up to approximately 20–25 m²
— 500 ml diffuser: rooms up to approximately 35–40 m²
For larger or open-plan spaces, consider placing more than one diffuser at different points in the room.
How long does each format last?
— 100 ml spray: 4–6 weeks with daily use
— 250 ml diffuser: 2–3 months
— 500 ml diffuser: 4–6 months
— 90 g candle: approximately 20–25 hours of burn time

How should the products be used around children or pets?
Always use the products according to the instructions on the label. Keep them out of the reach of children and pets, away from naked flames, heat sources and delicate surfaces. See the Product Care page for complete guidance.
ORDERS AND DELIVERY
When is delivery free?
Delivery is free for orders of €50 or more in Italy and €85 or more for the international destinations we serve.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days. Estimated delivery times are 3–5 working days for Italy, 5–9 working days for the European Union and 10–20 working days for the United Kingdom and Switzerland, with possible variations due to customs procedures. Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver only to Italy, European Union countries, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Other destinations are not currently available.
RETURNS AND GUARANTEE
Can I return a product?
You have 14 days from delivery in which to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason. For hygiene reasons, sealed products cannot be returned once opened. Full details are available on the Right of Withdrawal and Returns page.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Email info@exhal-fragrance.com as soon as possible and include photographs of the damage. We will promptly assess the most appropriate solution, through either a replacement or refund.
